- 200 g feta cheese (block, not crumbled)
- 100 g olives, pitted and sliced
- 100 g sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil, for garnish

Preheat oven
Set oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC). -
Assemble
Place feta block in the center of a small baking dish.
Scatter olives, sun-dried tomatoes, bell pepper, and garlic around it. -
Season
Drizzle olive oil over everything.
Sprinkle oregano, salt (lightlyโfeta is salty), and pepper. -
Bake
Bake uncovered for 20โ25 minutes, until feta is soft and edges are lightly golden. -
Finish & serve
Remove from oven, garnish with fresh basil, and serve warm.
