Ingredients
- 1½ lbs ground beef (or beef + chicken mix)
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1 small green bell pepper, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- ½ cup breadcrumbs (or crushed crackers)
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 tbsp ketchup (inside the mix)
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning

Instructions
- Preheat oven: 375°F / 190°C
- Mix: In a large bowl, gently combine all ingredients (don’t overmix or they’ll be dense).
- Fill muffin pan: Grease the pan lightly. Press meat mixture into each cup, filling almost to the top.
- Top (optional): Spoon a little ketchup or BBQ sauce on each.
- Bake: 20–25 minutes, until cooked through and lightly browned.
- Rest: Let them sit 5 minutes before removing.
