Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven
    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the dry ingredients
    In a bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well to combine.
  3. Melt the mozzarella
    Melt the shredded mozzarella in the microwave for about 30 seconds until soft and stretchy.

  5. Shape the naan
    Divide the dough into 3–4 portions and roll them into balls. Flatten each ball into a naan shape using your hands or a rolling pin.
  6. Bake the naan
    Place the naan on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Finish and serve
    Brush the warm naan with melted butter. Optionally, sprinkle with garlic powder and chopped cilantro for extra flavor.
