Ingredients
Cream Base

- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- Β½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ΒΌ cup sweetened condensed milk (optional, for extra richness)
Fruit & Nut Mix
- Β½ cup dried cranberries
- Β½ cup chopped dried apricots
- Β½ cup mixed nuts (cashews, almonds, pistachios)
- 2 tbsp raisins (optional)
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut (optional)
Instructions
1οΈβ£ Prepare the Filling
Chop dried fruits and nuts into small bite-size pieces.
2οΈβ£ Make the Cream Mixture
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and condensed milk. Beat until creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
3οΈβ£ Combine
Fold in the chopped fruits and nuts until evenly distributed.
4οΈβ£ Shape the Log
- Lay plastic wrap on the counter.
- Spoon mixture into the center and shape into a tight log.
- Roll firmly and twist ends to secure.
- Refrigerate at least 4β6 hours (overnight for best slicing).

Unwrap and slice into thick rounds.
