Ingredients
Cream Base
- 1½ cups heavy whipping cream (cold)
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk (optional, for extra richness)
Fruit & Nut Mix
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup chopped dried apricots
- ½ cup mixed nuts (cashews, almonds, pistachios)
- 2 tbsp raisins (optional)
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut (optional)
Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Filling
Chop dried fruits and nuts into small bite-size pieces.
2️⃣ Make the Cream Mixture
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and condensed milk. Beat until creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
3️⃣ Combine
Fold in the chopped fruits and nuts until evenly distributed.
4️⃣ Shape the Log
- Lay plastic wrap on the counter.
- Spoon mixture into the center and shape into a tight log.
- Roll firmly and twist ends to secure.
- Refrigerate at least 4–6 hours (overnight for best slicing).
5️⃣ Slice & Serve
Unwrap and slice into thick rounds.
Serve chilled.

- Refrigerate up to 5 days
- Freeze up to 1 month (slice slightly frozen for clean cuts)
