  • 1 lb (450g) boneless chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tsp fajita seasoning (or taco seasoning)
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 8 oz (about 2½ cups) uncooked penne or rotini pasta
