Ingredients:

- 1 lemon, sliced
- 4–5 cups water
- Optional: a few mint leaves or cucumber slices for extra freshness

- In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
- Add the grated ginger and simmer gently for 5–10 minutes to release the flavors.
2️⃣ Strain:
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Strain the ginger tea into a large pitcher to remove the ginger pieces.
3️⃣ Add & Chill:
- Pour in the remaining cold water.
- Add the lemon slices and optional mint or cucumber slices.
- Refrigerate until chilled.
