1/2 cup onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup celery, diced

1/2 cup carrot, finely diced

4 cups seafood stock (or chicken broth)

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup dry white wine (optional)

1/2 lb cooked shrimp, chopped

1/2 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped

1/2 lb lump crab meat

1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning

Salt & pepper, to taste

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (plus more for garnish)

🍽️ How to Make It:

1️⃣ Sauté the Veggies:

In a large pot, heat olive oil. Add onion, celery, carrot, and garlic. Cook 4–5 minutes until soft and fragrant. This base builds rich flavor depth right from the start.

2️⃣ Add Tomato & Flour:

Stir in tomato paste and flour to coat the veggies—cook for 2 minutes. This creates a velvety thickener for that signature bisque creaminess.

3️⃣ Deglaze & Simmer:

Slowly whisk in white wine and seafood stock. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10–12 minutes, letting the flavors blend into restaurant-style richness.
