🍗 Sheet-Pan Chicken & Veggies (High-Protein)

Ingredients (3–4 servings)

  • 1½ lb (680 g) chicken breast or thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place chicken and vegetables on a large baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle all seasonings evenly.
  4. Toss to coat and spread in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping once, until chicken is cooked through and veggies are roasted.
  6. Serve hot or store for meal prep.
