Ingredients
200g fat-free cottage cheese
2 tbsp fat-free Greek yogurt or quark
1 tbsp cocoa powder (1 Syn)
1–2 tbsp granulated sweetener (to taste)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
Blend cottage cheese in a food processor or blender until completely smooth (important for a mousse-like texture).
Add yogurt, cocoa, sweetener, and vanilla, then blend again until creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
