Ingredients
Base:
- 90g oats (Healthy Extra B + 4 Syns if shared)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder (2 Syns)
- 2 tbsp granulated sweetener
- 2 tbsp reduced-fat spread (4 Syns)
Layer 1 (Creamy):
- 200g fat-free cottage cheese (blended until smooth)
- 200g fat-free Greek yogurt or quark
- 2 tbsp sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Layer 2 (Chocolate):
- 1 sachet sugar-free chocolate instant pudding mix or low-cal hot chocolate powder (3–4 Syns depending on brand)
- 200ml skimmed milk (part of Healthy Extra A)
Topping:
- 40g reduced-fat grated chocolate (8 Syns)
- Optional: a sprinkle of cocoa powder or grated dark chocolate
Method

Make the base:
- Mix oats, cocoa powder, sweetener, and melted spread.
- Press into the bottom of a square dish. Chill while you prepare the layers.

Creamy layer:
- Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
- Stir in yogurt/quark, sweetener, and vanilla. Spread evenly over the base.

Chocolate layer:
- Whisk pudding mix (or hot chocolate powder) with milk until thick.
- Spread over the creamy layer.

Top it off:
- Sprinkle with grated chocolate and chill for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.
