Make the batter
- Whisk eggs and milk.

Cook crepes
- Heat a lightly oiled non-stick pan.
- Pour a thin layer of batter and swirl.
- Cook 1 minute each side until lightly golden.

- Spread filling on crepe.
- Add banana or jam.
- Roll tightly.
