Ingredients:

- 4 large eggs

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking pan with olive oil.
- Peel, core, and chop the apples. Place them in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy. Stir in the blended apples until well combined.
- Add cocoa powder and baking powder, and mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the greased pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
