Ingredients
- 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1 packet sugar-free orange jelly crystals (like Jell‑O sugar-free orange flavor)
- 1 cup mandarin oranges, canned in juice, well drained (or fresh)
Instructions

Dissolve jelly
Mix jelly crystals with ½ cup hot water until fully dissolved.
Let it cool slightly. -
Mix with yogurt
Whisk cooled jelly into Greek yogurt until smooth and fluffy. -
Add oranges
Fold in mandarin oranges gently. -
Chill
Refrigerate 1–2 hours until creamy and set.
