Preheat
- Oven: 200ยฐC (400ยฐF)
- OR preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Prepare Foil
- Tear off 2 large sheets of aluminum foil.
- Lightly brush the center of each with olive oil.

Assemble Packets
- Slice chicken breasts into strips or bite-sized pieces.
- Divide chicken evenly between foil sheets.
- Top with pineapple, bell pepper, carrot, and zucchini.
- Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle teriyaki sauce evenly over everything.

Seal
- Fold foil over the ingredients and seal tightly, leaving a little space for steam.

- Oven: Place packets on a baking tray and bake for 22โ25 minutes.
- Grill: Place on grill and cook 10โ12 minutes per side, turning once.

- Carefully open packets (hot steam!).
- Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
