    • OR preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Prepare Foil
    • Tear off 2 large sheets of aluminum foil.
    • Lightly brush the center of each with olive oil.
  3. Assemble Packets
    • Slice chicken breasts into strips or bite-sized pieces.
    • Divide chicken evenly between foil sheets.
    • Top with pineapple, bell pepper, carrot, and zucchini.
    • Season lightly with salt and pepper.
    • Drizzle teriyaki sauce evenly over everything.
  4. Seal
    • Fold foil over the ingredients and seal tightly, leaving a little space for steam.
  5. Cook
    • Oven: Place packets on a baking tray and bake for 22โ€“25 minutes.
    • Grill: Place on grill and cook 10โ€“12 minutes per side, turning once.
  6. Finish & Serve
    • Carefully open packets (hot steam!).
    • Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
