Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- ยฝ tsp chili powder (optional)
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- ยฝ cup tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes
- ยฝ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 4โ6 tortilla wraps
- Lettuce, shredded
- Tomato, sliced
- Cucumber or onion slices (optional)
Optional Sauce
- Mayonnaise or garlic sauce
- Sour cream or yogurt
- Hot sauce or ketchup
Instructions

Cook the beef
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add onion and cook until soft. Add garlic and sautรฉ 30 seconds.

Season
Add ground beef, break it up, and cook until browned.
Season with salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, and chili powder.

Sauce it
Stir in tomato sauce. Simmer 5 minutes until juicy but not watery.
Taste and adjust seasoning.

Warm tortillas
Heat tortillas briefly in a pan or microwave so theyโre soft and flexible.

Assemble wraps
Spread sauce on tortilla โ add beef โ sprinkle cheese โ add veggies.

Wrap & toast (optional but ๐ฅ)
Roll tightly. Toast wraps in a dry pan 1โ2 minutes per side until golden.
