Ingredients

For the Wraps

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • ยฝ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
  • 2โ€“3 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Cook the beef
    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    Add onion and garlic, and sautรฉ until soft and fragrant.
    Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned and cooked through.
  2. Season the beef
    Stir in paprika, cumin, chili powder (if using), salt, and pepper.
    Mix well and cook for another 2โ€“3 minutes until fully flavored.
    If using bell pepper, add it here and cook until soft.
  3. Prepare the tortillas
    Warm tortillas in a dry pan for 20โ€“30 seconds per side or microwave for 15โ€“20 seconds until soft and pliable.
  4. Assemble the wraps
    Place a layer of shredded lettuce on each tortilla.
    Add a portion of the cooked beef mixture.
    Top with diced tomato, shredded cheese, and a dollop of sour cream or Greek yogurt.
  5. Wrap & serve
    Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly.
    Serve warm with extra salsa or hot sauce if desired.
