🛒 Ingredients

  • 4 large bell peppers, tops cut & seeds removed
  • 500 g ground beef or chicken
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil

(Easy to find in Rawalpindi markets—use desi shimla mirch and basmati rice 👍)


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Boil peppers 3–4 minutes to soften slightly.
  3. Cook onion & garlic in oil. Add meat, cook till done.
  4. Mix in rice, tomato sauce, spices.
  5. Stuff peppers, top with cheese.
  6. Bake 25–30 minutes until peppers are tender.
