🛒 Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers, tops cut & seeds removed
- 500 g ground beef or chicken
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil
(Easy to find in Rawalpindi markets—use desi shimla mirch and basmati rice 👍)
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Boil peppers 3–4 minutes to soften slightly.
- Cook onion & garlic in oil. Add meat, cook till done.
- Mix in rice, tomato sauce, spices.
- Stuff peppers, top with cheese.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until peppers are tender.
