Low-Point Swaps
- Regular bacon ➝ center-cut or turkey bacon
- Full-fat ranch ➝ light ranch or Greek yogurt mix
- Lots of cheese ➝ reduced-fat mozzarella
- Frying ➝ bake or air fry
Ingredients (makes ~6 taquitos)
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken breast (0 pts)
- 2 slices center-cut bacon or turkey bacon, cooked & crumbled (~1–2 pts)
- 1/3 cup nonfat Greek yogurt (0 pts)
- 1–2 tbsp light ranch dressing mix or seasoning (~0–1 pt)
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat mozzarella cheese (~3–4 pts total)
- 6 small low-carb tortillas (~1 pt each OR use 2-pt corn tortillas)
- Green onions (optional)
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) or air fryer to 180°C (360°F)
- In a bowl, mix:
- Chicken
- Greek yogurt
- Ranch seasoning
- Bacon
- Cheese
- Spoon mixture onto tortillas and roll tightly
- Place seam-side down, spray lightly
- Bake 12–15 min or air fry 8–10 min until golden & crispy
Points (approx)
- Using low-carb tortillas: ~2–3 points EACH
- Using corn tortillas: ~3–4 points EACH
- You can lower more by:
- Using less cheese
- Skipping bacon or using turkey bacon

Mix:
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- Ranch seasoning + splash of lemon
