✅ Ingredients

  • 4 medium sweet apples (Fuji, Gala, or Honeycrisp)
  • 4 large eggs (or 1 whole egg + 3 egg whites for lower points)
  • 5 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Olive oil spray (just a mist for greasing)

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray a cake pan with olive oil spray.
  2. Peel, core, and chop apples. Blend until smooth (like applesauce).
  3. In a large bowl, whisk eggs until fluffy. Add apple puree, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Mix until smooth.
  4. Pour into prepared pan and spread evenly.
