- 1 bag (14–16 oz) coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage and carrots
- 1–2 tablespoons soy sauce or liquid aminos (low sodium if preferred)
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated or ground
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional toppings: sliced green onions, sesame seeds, sriracha (all zero points in small amounts)
Instructions:

Cook the Meat:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey or chicken until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain any excess liquid.

Add Aromatics:
- Add diced onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.

- Stir in the coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage and carrots. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5–7 minutes until cabbage is tender but still slightly crisp.
