Juicy shrimp baked in a buttery garlic–Parmesan topping with a splash of lemon and herbs. Ready in 15 minutes!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp paprika (optional, for color)
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

🧑‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prep the Shrimp

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat shrimp dry.
  3. Toss shrimp with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spread in a single layer on a baking dish.

2. Make the Garlic-Parmesan Mixture

In a small bowl, mix:

  • Melted butter
  • Minced garlic
  • Parmesan
  • Lemon juice
  • Italian seasoning
  • Paprika (optional)

Spoon or brush this mixture evenly over the shrimp.


3. Bake

Bake for 8–10 minutes, until the shrimp are pink, opaque, and lightly crisp on the edges.

(Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes for extra golden Parmesan topping.)


4. Serve

  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley
  • Add lemon wedges on the side
