Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts (thin sliced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 4–5 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika or chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
  • Fresh parsley or coriander (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika.
  2. Heat oil in a pan on medium-high.
  3. Cook chicken 5–6 minutes each side until golden.
  4. Add garlic in last 1–2 minutes, stir so it doesn’t burn.
  5. Finish with lemon juice and herbs. Done!
