Ingredients
- 2 boneless chicken breasts (thin sliced)
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 4–5 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika or chili flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
- Fresh parsley or coriander (optional)
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika.
- Heat oil in a pan on medium-high.
- Cook chicken 5–6 minutes each side until golden.
- Add garlic in last 1–2 minutes, stir so it doesn’t burn.
- Finish with lemon juice and herbs. Done!
