Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ยฝ cup breadcrumbs or panko
  • ยผ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ยฝ tsp onion powder
  • ยฝ tsp salt
  • ยผ tsp black pepper

Optional

  • ยฝ tsp cayenne pepper for heat
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Ranch or spicy mayo for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 390ยฐF (200ยฐC).
  2. Wash and thoroughly dry cauliflower florets.
  3. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil.
  4. In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Coat cauliflower evenly in the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Place florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Air fry for 12โ€“15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

  • Spray lightly with cooking oil for extra crunch.
