Ingredients
- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ยฝ cup breadcrumbs or panko
- ยผ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ยฝ tsp onion powder
- ยฝ tsp salt
- ยผ tsp black pepper
Optional
- ยฝ tsp cayenne pepper for heat
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Ranch or spicy mayo for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 390ยฐF (200ยฐC).
- Wash and thoroughly dry cauliflower florets.
- In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil.
- In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat cauliflower evenly in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 12โ15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Tips
- Donโt overcrowd the basket or the cauliflower wonโt crisp properly.
- Spray lightly with cooking oil for extra crunch.
- For a low-carb version, use crushed pork rinds or almond flour instead of breadcrumbs.
