🛒 Ingredients
Base:
- 1 single-crust pie dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 4 medium baking apples, peeled & sliced ½-inch thick
Topping (Streusel):
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- ⅓ cup rolled oats
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup cold butter, cubed
Optional Icing:
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tsp milk or cream
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
👩🍳 Instructions
- Prep Oven & Dough – Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out pie dough onto a greased or parchment-lined pizza pan.
- Prepare Apples – In a bowl, combine sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Toss apple slices in the mixture until evenly coated. Arrange apples over the crust in a single layer.
- Make Streusel Topping – Mix flour, brown sugar, oats, and cinnamon. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over the apples.
- Bake – Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until apples are tender and topping is golden.
- Optional Icing – Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over warm pizza.
- Serve – Slice into wedges and enjoy warm!
