Base:

  • 1 single-crust pie dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 medium baking apples, peeled & sliced ½-inch thick

Topping (Streusel):

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup rolled oats
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup cold butter, cubed

Optional Icing:

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 2–3 tsp milk or cream
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  1. Prep Oven & Dough – Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out pie dough onto a greased or parchment-lined pizza pan.
  2. Prepare Apples – In a bowl, combine sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Toss apple slices in the mixture until evenly coated. Arrange apples over the crust in a single layer.
  3. Make Streusel Topping – Mix flour, brown sugar, oats, and cinnamon. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over the apples.
  4. Bake – Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until apples are tender and topping is golden.
  5. Optional Icing – Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over warm pizza.
