  • 1 cup sour cream

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

  1. Make Meatballsย โ€“ In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion, Worcestershire, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently and roll into 1-inch meatballs.
  2. Brown Meatballsย โ€“ Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown meatballs on all sides (they donโ€™t need to be fully cooked). Remove and set aside.
