- 8โ10 small flour or corn tortillas
- Cooking spray or a little olive oil for brushing

- In a medium bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, green onions, garlic powder, chili powder (if using), salt, and pepper until well combined.

- Lay out a tortilla and place about 2โ3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture near one edge.
- Roll the tortilla tightly and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
