Ingredients
For the Salmon:
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each), skin-on or skinless
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
For the Bang Bang Sauce:
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2–3 tbsp sriracha (adjust for heat preference)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp lime juice (optional)
Instructions

Prep the salmon:
Pat salmon fillets dry. Rub with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. -
Cook the salmon:
Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Place salmon fillets skin-side down (if skin-on) and cook for 3–4 minutes until the bottom is golden and crispy.
Flip and cook for another 3–4 minutes until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. -
Make the sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, and lime juice. -
Serve:
Drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the cooked salmon fillets. Garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
