Bang Bang Salmon (Ready in 15 Minutes)

Ingredients

For the Salmon:

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each), skin-on or skinless
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

For the Bang Bang Sauce:

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2–3 tbsp sriracha (adjust for heat preference)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp lime juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep the salmon:
    Pat salmon fillets dry. Rub with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Cook the salmon:
    Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
    Place salmon fillets skin-side down (if skin-on) and cook for 3–4 minutes until the bottom is golden and crispy.
    Flip and cook for another 3–4 minutes until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  3. Make the sauce:
    In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, and lime juice.
  4. Serve:
    Drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the cooked salmon fillets. Garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
