Simple Meat, Potatoes, and Carrots Dinner
Slow Cooker Hobo Dinners are one of the easiest full meals you can make. Ground beef patties cook on top of potatoes and carrots, soaking everything in savory onion flavor while the slow cooker makes the meat tender and juicy.
Only 4 ingredients, but tastes like a full home-cooked meal.
Ingredients
- 1½ lb lean ground beef
- 4 medium russet potatoes, thinly sliced
- 3 large carrots, sliced
- 1 packet dry onion soup mix
