Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Slice the Kielbasa
Cut kielbasa into 1-inch pieces.
For the hasselback style:
- Place each piece between chopsticks or skewers
- Slice into it 2–3 times (without cutting all the way through)
- This helps the sauce soak inside
3. Arrange in Dish
Place all pieces in a single layer in a baking dish or foil tray.
