- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Preheat & Prep
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a baking dish.
2. Cook the Cauliflower
Bring a pot of salted water to boil.
Cook cauliflower florets for 5–7 minutes until just tender.
Drain well and place in baking dish.
3. Make the Cheese Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat:
Melt butter.
Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
Slowly add milk and cream while whisking to avoid lumps.
Cook until thickened (3–5 minutes).
Stir in:
- 1 cup cheddar
- Garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
Mix until smooth and creamy.
4. Assemble
Pour sauce over cauliflower.
Top with remaining cheddar and mozzarella.
5. Bake
Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
