Cheese Topping
- 1 to 1ยฝ cups shredded mozzarella

Instructions
1๏ธโฃ Prepare the Vegetables
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
- Toss broccoli, cauliflower, peppers, and onion with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread evenly in a greased baking dish (8ร8 or similar size).

- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and seasonings until well combined.
- Pour evenly over the vegetables.

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and cheddar evenly on top.
