Instructions
1. Cook the Beef
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned.
- Add onion and cook 3โ4 minutes until soft.
- Add garlic, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Drain excess grease and let mixture cool slightly.
2. Add the Cheese
- Stir mozzarella (and cream cheese if using) into the warm beef mixture until combined.
3. Assemble the Egg Rolls
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface (diamond shape).
- Spoon 2โ3 tablespoons of filling into the center.
- Fold bottom corner over filling, fold in sides, and roll tightly.
- Seal the edge with beaten egg.
4. Fry
- Heat oil to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- Fry egg rolls in batches for 2โ3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels.
