Instructions

1. Cook the Beef

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned.
  • Add onion and cook 3–4 minutes until soft.
  • Add garlic, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Drain excess grease and let mixture cool slightly.

2. Add the Cheese

  • Stir mozzarella (and cream cheese if using) into the warm beef mixture until combined.

3. Assemble the Egg Rolls

  • Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface (diamond shape).
  • Spoon 2–3 tablespoons of filling into the center.

4. Fry
