Main Filling
- 2 cups cooked chicken (boiled & shredded)
- 3 medium potatoes, boiled & sliced OR 2 zucchinis sliced

Cream Sauce
- 1 cup milk or fresh cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise (optional but tasty)
👩🍳 Step-by-Step Method
1️⃣ Cook the Filling
- Heat oil in pan.
- Add onion & garlic, cook till soft.
- Add chicken, spinach, mushrooms, spices.
- Cook 5 minutes.
- Turn off heat.
2️⃣ Make Cream Mixture
In bowl mix:
- Milk/cream
- Eggs
- Half mozzarella
- Mayonnaise
Whisk well.
3️⃣ Assemble
- Grease baking dish.
- Layer potatoes at bottom.
- Add chicken mixture.
- Pour cream mixture evenly.
- Sprinkle remaining mozzarella + cheddar on top.
4️⃣ Bake
- Oven: 180°C
- Time: 35–40 minutes
- Bake until top is golden brown like your photo.
Let rest 10 minutes before cutting.
