Main Filling

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (boiled & shredded)
  • 3 medium potatoes, boiled & sliced OR 2 zucchinis sliced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup spinach or capsicum, chopped
  • ½ cup mushrooms or corn (optional)
  • 2 tbsp oil or butter
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp oregano or Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

Cream Sauce

  • 1 cup milk or fresh cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise (optional but tasty)

👩‍🍳 Step-by-Step Method

1️⃣ Cook the Filling

  1. Heat oil in pan.
  2. Add onion & garlic, cook till soft.
  3. Add chicken, spinach, mushrooms, spices.
  4. Cook 5 minutes.
  5. Turn off heat.

2️⃣ Make Cream Mixture

In bowl mix:

  • Milk/cream
  • Eggs
  • Half mozzarella
  • Mayonnaise

Whisk well.


3️⃣ Assemble

  1. Grease baking dish.
  2. Layer potatoes at bottom.
  3. Add chicken mixture.
