Golden, crispy puff pastry filled with creamy spinach-garlic goodness. These disappear FAST at gatherings!
🧀 Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- 7 oz baby spinach
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan (optional but recommended)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
👩🍳 Instructions

Cook the Spinach:
Heat olive oil or butter in a pan. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds.
Add spinach and cook until wilted. Squeeze out any excess moisture and chop finely. -
Make the Filling:
In a bowl, mix:- cooked spinach
- cream cheese
- Parmesan
- salt & pepper

Prepare Puff Pastry:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out puff pastry lightly and cut into 9–12 squares.

Assemble the Puffs:
- Place 1–2 teaspoons of spinach filling in center of each square.
- Fold corners toward the center and pinch to seal (or fold into triangles).
- Brush tops with egg wash.

Bake:
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden, puffed, and crisp. -
Serve:
Best enjoyed warm. They stay crispy for hours!
