Creamy, rich, and made with Greek yogurt + PB2 for a guilt-free sweet bite! Perfect for cravings without breaking your points.

12 bites (1 point each, depending on your plan)


🛒 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240g) plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons PB2 powdered peanut butter
  • 1–2 tablespoons zero-calorie sweetener (monk fruit, stevia, or erythritol), to taste
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon mini sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
  • Tiny pinch of salt (optional, enhances flavor)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Mix the base
    In a medium bowl, add Greek yogurt, PB2, sweetener, vanilla, and salt (if using). Stir until completely smooth and creamy. Make sure there are no PB2 lumps.
  2. Add mix-ins (optional)
    Fold in mini chocolate chips gently.
  3. Portion
    Line a mini muffin tin with silicone liners (or use a silicone mold).
    Spoon about 1 tablespoon of mixture into each cavity.
  4. Freeze
    Freeze for 1–2 hours, or until fully firm.
  5. Store
    Remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

🍫 Optional Variations:

Chocolate Version

  • Add 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder to the mixture.
  • You may need 1–2 teaspoons extra sweetener.

PB Cup Style

  • Freeze bites for 30 minutes.
  • Drizzle 1 teaspoon melted dark chocolate over each.
  • Return to freezer until set.

Higher Protein

  • Stir in 1 scoop (plain or vanilla) protein powder and add 1–2 tablespoons almond milk to keep it creamy.
