- 1 cup sour cream or thick yogurt
- 1 can (300–400 g) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 packet vanilla pudding mix (instant, 3.4 oz / 96 g)

Mix cream base
In a bowl, combine whipped topping, sour cream/yogurt, and dry pudding mix.
Stir until smooth and fluffy. -
Add oranges
Gently fold in drained mandarin orange pieces. -
Chill
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until thick and creamy. -
Serve
Garnish with extra orange slices or crushed biscuits if you like.
