🍗 Cheesy Chicken Fritters Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, finely chopped or minced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise or thick yogurt
- 2 tbsp flour or cornstarch
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1–2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Oil for frying

Mix
- In a bowl, combine chicken, cheese, egg, mayo, flour, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until sticky and well combined.

Shape
- Heat a shallow layer of oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Spoon small mounds of the mixture into the pan and gently flatten.

Cook
- Fry 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Don’t overcrowd the pan.

Drain & Serve
- Remove onto paper towels.
- Serve hot and crispy.
