🍗 Cheesy Chicken Fritters Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, finely chopped or minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise or thick yogurt
  • 2 tbsp flour or cornstarch
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1–2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

  1. Mix
    • In a bowl, combine chicken, cheese, egg, mayo, flour, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
    • Mix until sticky and well combined.
  2. Shape
    • Heat a shallow layer of oil in a pan over medium heat.
    • Spoon small mounds of the mixture into the pan and gently flatten.
  3. Cook
    • Fry 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
    • Don’t overcrowd the pan.
  4. Drain & Serve
    • Remove onto paper towels.
