Ingredients
Potato Mixture:
- 1 1/2 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and diced
Meat and Vegetable Mixture:
- 1 pound ground beef or shaved steak
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Additional Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded cheddar or provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- Grease the Crockpot: Grease the inside of your crockpot with cooking spray or butter.
