This Doritos Locos Taco Pasta Salad is one of those recipes that instantly makes people do a double take. It’s fun, a little over-the-top in the best way, and packed with big taco flavor in every bite. Think creamy taco-seasoned pasta, seasoned beef, crunchy Doritos, fresh tomatoes, and crisp lettuce all tossed together into one ridiculously good bowl. It’s the kind of dish that disappears fast at parties and always gets asked about.I love recipes like this because they don’t take themselves too seriously. It’s comfort food, potluck food, and weeknight food all rolled into one. If you’ve ever loved taco salad or Doritos Locos tacos, this pasta salad is going to feel instantly familiar while still being something new and exciting.
