A quick, high-protein, creamy cookie-dough treat made with simple ingredients and ready in minutes. No baking required — just blend, mix, and enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • 1½ scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Blend the base

Add the cottage cheese to a blender or food processor.
Blend for 20–30 seconds, until completely smooth and creamy (no lumps).

2. Add sweetness & flavor

Blend in the:

  • maple syrup
  • vanilla extract

Blend again for 5–10 seconds.

3. Transfer to a bowl

Pour the blended mixture into a mixing bowl.

4. Add dry ingredients

Stir in the:

  • almond flour
  • protein powder

Mix with a spatula until a thick cookie-dough consistency forms.
If it’s too thin → add more almond flour.
If too thick → add 1 tsp milk.

5. Fold in chocolate chips

Add the mini chocolate chips and gently fold evenly throughout the dough.

6. Chill (optional)

Chill for 15–20 minutes for a firmer, classic cookie-dough texture.
Or eat immediately — it’s delicious either way.

Tips

  • Use a frozen bowl for extra thickness.
