Optional Add-Ins
A small piece of fresh turmeric, a pinch of cinnamon, or an apple can be added for a different flavor.
Carrots provide beta-carotene, which the body converts to vitamin A and which supports normal vision. However, this juice does not treat cataracts, glaucoma, blurred vision, migraines, or memory disorders as the image implies.
