Ingredients
- 2 cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1–2 tablespoons zero-calorie sweetener (optional – monk fruit or stevia)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
1. Prepare the Baking Sheet
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Mix the Yogurt
In a bowl, combine:
- Greek yogurt
- sweetener (optional)
- vanilla extract
Stir until smooth.
3. Form the Yogurt Bites
Spoon about 1 tablespoon of yogurt onto the lined baking sheet to create small dollops.
4. Add Blueberries
Press 1–2 blueberries gently into the center of each yogurt dollop.
5. Freeze
