Creamy Herb Sauce

  • ยฝ cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt (lighter option)
  • 2 tbsp sour cream (or more Greek yogurt)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • 1 small garlic clove, grated
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

Pat salmon dry with paper towels.
Season with paprika, salt, pepper, onion powder, and parsley.

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add salmon cubes in a single layer (donโ€™t overcrowd).
