- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- ยฝ tsp black pepper
- ยฝ tsp salt
- ยฝ tsp onion powder
- ยฝ tsp dried parsley (or 1 tbsp fresh)
- Optional: pinch red pepper flakes
Creamy Herb Sauce
- ยฝ cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt (lighter option)
- 2 tbsp sour cream (or more Greek yogurt)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- 1 small garlic clove, grated
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
1๏ธโฃ Prep the Salmon
Pat salmon dry with paper towels.
Season with paprika, salt, pepper, onion powder, and parsley.
2๏ธโฃ Sear the Salmon
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add salmon cubes in a single layer (donโt overcrowd).
- Cook 2โ3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Add butter and garlic during the last minute. Spoon garlic butter over salmon.
- Remove from heat once cooked through (internal temp 125โ130ยฐF for tender salmon).
3๏ธโฃ Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix mayo/Greek yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice, Dijon, herbs, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Chill until ready to serve.
