Ingredients
- 300 g spaghetti or egg noodles
- 250 g beef steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized cubes
- 250 g large shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 4 tbsp butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ยฝ tsp chili flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt, to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving)
Instructions
Cook the noodles
Boil noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sear the steak
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper, then sear for 3โ4 minutes until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove and set aside.
Cook the shrimp
In the same pan, add remaining olive oil and cook shrimp for 2โ3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside with the steak.
Make the garlic butter sauce
Lower heat to medium. Melt butter in the same skillet, then add minced garlic. Sautรฉ for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Build the flavor
Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and chili flakes. Let it simmer gently for 1โ2 minutes.
Combine noodles
Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss well to coat in the rich garlic butter sauce.
Add protein back
Return steak and shrimp to the pan. Toss gently until everything is heated through and well combined.
Serve
Garnish with fresh parsley and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve hot!
