𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐞:
• 1 lemon
• Ginger root (6-8oz)
• Turmeric root (4-5oz)
• 1 tsp of black pepper
Yields — 12 (2oz) servings.
𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝:
• Thoroughly wash all fruit + veggies. (filtered water and 1 tbsp of baking soda, soaked for 15 minutes, then scrubbed)
• Remove the skin from oranges & lemon.
• Add all to juicer.
• Straining/filter is optional.
• Add black pepper and mix well.
• Distribute amongst shot glasses.
• Store in the refrigerator.
