  • ½ tsp dry parsley

Cheese & Sauce

  • Violife mozzarella & feta cheeze
  • BBQ sauce or pizza sauce
  • Bragg’s olive oil for drizzle

Dough

  • 1 pack active dry yeast
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar
  • 1 cup warm water (110°F / 45°C)
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 2½ tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • Cornmeal + extra flour for dusting

Optional Cheese Melt Sauce

  • ½ cup plant-based cheese
  • ⅛ cup Not Milk or plant milk

Instructions

1. Roast the Garlic

Wrap garlic bulb in foil and roast at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes until soft. Squeeze cloves out and mash.


2. Prepare the Chick’n

Heat olive oil in pan.
Add plant-based chick’n, onion, roasted garlic, and all spices.
