Dough
- 1 pack active dry yeast
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
- 1 cup warm water (110°F / 45°C)
- 2 cups bread flour
- 2½ tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp pink Himalayan salt
- Cornmeal + extra flour for dusting
Optional Cheese Melt Sauce
- ½ cup plant-based cheese
- ⅛ cup Not Milk or plant milk
Instructions
1. Roast the Garlic
Wrap garlic bulb in foil and roast at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes until soft. Squeeze cloves out and mash.
2. Prepare the Chick’n
Heat olive oil in pan.
Add plant-based chick’n, onion, roasted garlic, and all spices.
Cook 5–7 minutes until fragrant and golden.
3. Make the Dough
Mix warm water, yeast, and coconut sugar. Rest 5 minutes.
Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until smooth.
Cover and rest 8–10 minutes.
4. Shape the Crust
Dust surface with cornmeal.
Roll dough into mini rounds.
Transfer to lightly greased pan.
5. Assemble Pizza
Spread BBQ or pizza sauce.
Add chick’n mixture and onion slices.
Top with Violife mozzarella.
6. Bake
Bake at 350–400°F (175–205°C) for 15 minutes until crust is golden.
7. Optional Cheese Melt
Heat plant cheese + milk in saucepan until smooth.
Pour over pizza.
8. Finish
Drizzle olive oil.
