🌮 Ingredients (makes 1 pizza):

  • 1 low-carb 8-inch tortilla (like Mission Carb Balance or similar, 1 point)
  • ¼ cup fat-free refried beans
  • 2 tbsp taco-seasoned lean ground turkey (99% fat-free)
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free or no-added-sugar taco sauce
  • ¼ cup reduced-fat shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 1 tbsp diced tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions
  • Optional: chopped olives or jalapeños (adjust points if added)

👩‍🍳 Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Crisp the tortilla: Spray both sides lightly with cooking spray, then bake on a parchment-lined sheet for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden and crisp.
  3. Add the base: Spread the refried beans over the tortilla, then top with the seasoned ground turkey.
  4. Sauce it up: Spoon taco sauce over the top, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
