- ¼ cup fat-free refried beans
- 2 tbsp taco-seasoned lean ground turkey (99% fat-free)
- 2 tbsp sugar-free or no-added-sugar taco sauce
- ¼ cup reduced-fat shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1 tbsp diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions
