I love these cookies so much 👌 They’re soft, chewy, and taste like classic peanut butter cookies — but totally guilt-free! Definitely my favorite go-to WW snack 😋😋


🥜 Ingredients (makes about 12 cookies):

  • 1 cup powdered peanut butter (like PB2 or PBFit)
  • ¾ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar substitute (like monk fruit, Splenda, or stevia)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

👩‍🍳 Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth and thick — the dough will be a bit sticky.
  3. Scoop small spoonfuls of dough (about 1 tbsp each) onto the baking sheet.
  4. Flatten slightly with a fork in a crisscross pattern (classic PB cookie look!).
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes, until edges are set and lightly golden.
  6. Cool completely — they firm up as they cool.
